recall issued 5/10/23...filed complaint with NHTSA on 8/9/23 since the fix was not yet available...called NHTSA 1/11/24 and was told the parts were scheduled to be available 2/29/24...called NHTSA 3/15/24 and was told to follow up with dealer...called dealer 3/15/24 and was told General Motors had begun shipping parts, but not for model year 2017...today is 6/22/24, and there is still no resolution to the 5/10/23 recall - OVER 1 YEAR...
