During the manufacturing process, the oil galley in the rotor for the brake booster vacuum pump assembly may have been improperly machined possibly resulting in a sudden loss of brake assist.

TOYOTA HAS A 3 YEAR WARRANTEE ON PAINT.NOTIFIED WINDWARD SERVICE DEPT. IT TOOK MORE THAN A MONTH TO CONTACT ME BACK. TOYOTA CSD DEPT AND FOR SEVERAL MONTHS WAS NOT UNABLE TO COME TO A SOLUTION.
