If I go to flat tow this car it will lock up the wheels during the first hour or so while towing behind my motor home using a supplemental braking system. I find out later from a forum online that I need to remove some fuses to tow it properly. I hear Ford is working on this issue for a couple years but how many tire lock ups before someone gets hurt?

SERVICE BRAKES
Potential Consequences:
Flat Towing 2022 Ford Bronco with 2.7 V6 engine. After connecting my Bronco to the motorhome and putting it in the tow mode the following will occur. About 45 mins after turning the ignition off and closing the doors the EBB (Electronic Brake Boost) in the Bronco shuts down leaving the Bronco without any brake boost and leaves the supplemental brake system ineffective. When first connecting the Bronco to the motorhome the brake boost is active and the supplemental brake system must be set to match, or it will lock up the brakes on the Bronco when you stop. After the boost shuts down the supplemental brake system cannot apply enough force to the Bronco brakes to assist in stopping and suddenly, without notice, it takes a much greater distance to stop the motorhome than it did when the boost was working. Ford came up with a temporary work around so the EBB never comes on. This involves pulling fuses but you.have to wait for 5 minutes after you close the doors for the vehicle to go enter sleep mode. To take the Bronco out of flat tow mode you must again wait 5 minutes after opening the hood and closing the doors before re-installing the fuses. When flat towing behind with a motorhome it is impossible to backup with the tow vehicle attached. Having to wait 5 minutes before being able to disconnect the tow vehicle is very dangerous in many situations.

Air bag may become compromised and may air bag module may eventually stop working due to water damage and/or render the airbag useless in case of a crash resulting in serious injury or even death. I have taken a video of water actually coming out of airbag compartment and appears to be a persistent problem in other broncos in forums like https://www.bronco6g.com/forum/threads/mic-2-0-water-leak-a-pillar-passenger-airbag-cover.27065/ The vehicle has not been inspected for that issue yet and in the process of setting up an appointment but Ford Country dealership in Henderson, Nevada is aware of it. Additionally, I contacted Ford.com and was given a case# 40741781. There have been no warning lamps or messages as of yet.

VISIBILITY/WIPER
Potential Consequences:
During a heavy downpour the wipers "automatically" slowed down to an unsafe speed; continuous to intermittent. This caused an inability to clearly see out of the front windshield. The only way to "reset" the wipers to normal functionality was to change the wiper setting from continuous to intermittent and back, or off and then back to the desired setting. During this period of time of > 3 seconds there was zero visibility creating a serious safety hazard. This operational behavior of the wiper motor system has occurred several times though during less intense rainfall.

VISIBILITY/WIPER
Potential Consequences:
With the wipers in the continuous on, high speed setting, the wipers will operate as expected for approximately 30 to 40 seconds. After that time, there will be a delay between wipes that becomes progressively longer until the wipers are only occasionally wiping the windshield. When this occurs during rainy conditions, visibility deteriorates considerably. Manually switching the wipers into a different setting, then back to continuous on will cause the wipers to operate as expected for another 30 to 40 seconds, at which point the progressive delay occurs again. There are no warning lights or other symptoms that are related to this behavior. The vehicle has not yet been inspected or serviced by the manufacturer for this issue.

VISIBILITY/WIPER
Potential Consequences:
During moderate to heavy rain when the windshield wipers are on constant low speed or high speed they will operate normally for 60 to 90 seconds then go into an intermittent wiping mode. This cause very poor visibility increasing the chance for an accident. I have taken the vehicle to the dealership (Newberg Ford in Newberg Oregon) for warranty repair and was advised this is normal operation. The dealership staff provided me with Ford Technical Service Bulletin SSM 50692 and said there was nothing they could do. The bulletin states that the wiper speed could be reduced if the windshield is dry or obstructed to prevent damage to the wiper motor. I continue to have the wipers reduce speed on a WET windshield with no obstructions. I have video to demonstrate this.

Additional Notes:
During moderate to heavy rain when the windshield wipers are on constant low speed or high speed they will operate normally for 60 to 90 seconds then go into an intermittent wiping mode. This cause very poor visibility increasing the chance for an accident. I have taken the vehicle to the dealership (Newberg Ford in Newberg Oregon) for warranty repair and was advised this is normal operation. Defect Description:
VISIBILITY/WIPER
Potential Consequences:
Unknown- t he wipers on the bronco do not stay at the correct speeds for severe rain or snow. If I have them on high they work for a bit and then start to slow down and make it hard to see so I have to turn them off and on again to keep the speed at a pace where I have visibility.

Defect Description:
VISIBILITY/WIPER
Potential Consequences:
The wipers will slow down when operating at low, high, or intermittent. Ford claims these are "Smart Wipers" I believe there is an issue that requires a feature correction or re-flash of the related program to correct. I have to continually adjust the wiper control knob to re-set the wipers to the proper speed.

Defect Description:
POWER TRAIN
Potential Consequences:
2022 Ford Bronco that I've owned for about 2-3 weeks. Started it up and went to drive off this morning, and I received a '"Check 4x4" error, followed by "Service Vehicle Soon". This ultimately has locked the vehicle into 4WD-High and makes it not only more difficult to drive, but is also prematurely wearing tires as it's driven and adding a lot of unnecessary stress to the vehicle as corners are taken. I've taken it to the local Ford dealership, where they weren't able to pull any useful codes or information for a quick fix unfortunately. As I've researched into this further, this sounds like a frequently occurring issue; wherein a problem with an axle solenoid or a powertrain control module seems likely blames.
