Exposure to road salt can cause the cross-axis ball joint to corrode and seize, resulting in a fracture of the outboard section of the rear suspension toe link.

YOU HAVE TO PULLOVER, TURN THE CAR OFF, OPEN THE DRIVER DOOR TO MAKE SURE THE RADIO AND ALL GOES OFF, WAIT EXACTLY ONE MINUTE, AND THEN YOU ARE ABLE TO CRANK THE VEHICLE UP TO BE ABLE TO MOVE.
