A software error may cause the rearview camera to display a blank image, or the image may remain on the display after the backing event has ended.

I NOTICED PREMATURE INNER TIRE WEAR ON THE FRONT LEFT TIRE. I TOOK THE VEHICLE TO MY LOCAL FORD DEALERSHIP FOR REPAIRS. THEY VERIFIED THE ALIGNMENT WAS INCORRECT ON MY VEHICLE AND CAUSED THE TIRE DAMAGE BUT WOULD NOT WARRANTY COMPONENTS DUE TO "AFTERMARKET WHEELS AND TIRES" INSTALLED ON THE REAR OF MY VEHICLE. I CONTACTED FORD CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP CENTER. CUSTOMER RELATIONS CONTACTED THE DEALERSHIP AND THE DEALERSHIP STATED THE ALIGNMENT WAS CORRECT (DESPITE A PRINT OUT GIVEN TO ME SHOWING IMPROPER ALIGNMENT). CUSTOMER RELATIONS SUGGESTED I TAKE THE VEHICLE TO ANOTHER DEALER AND INSTALL MY FACTORY WHEELS AND TIRES ON THE VEHICLE. I DID AS SUGGESTED.
