Defect Description:

ELECTRICAL SYSTEM: INSTRUMENT CLUSTER/PANEL

Potential Consequences:

04/13/2023 - While on the highway my 2022 mustang GT instrument cluster and infotainment screens both went black. It took me off guard and pulled to the side of the road and soon discovered I had no turn signals or hazard lights, I am unsure if I had brake lights. I happened to be only a couple of exits away from Tasca Ford dealership in Berlin, CT so I drove directly there. They are currently in possession of the vehicle and will do diagnostics, they were fully booked and it may be a week before they get to it. No symptoms prior to incident, although there was a software update preformed earlier in the day.
