Potential Consequences:
All lights related to brakes lighted up on a dashboard ( and message to take it to Dealer). Took it to Dealer. Car is in the shop for over 5 weeks and they can't figure it out what's wrong. They've replaced brake booster (twice!!!!!) and that didn't fix it... Now replacing front calipers. On top of that cv axle is clicking terrible and they can't replace it because it's on long Backorder ( I'm waiting over 2 months for it already.

Defect Description:
ELECTRICAL SYSTEM
Potential Consequences:
On February 25, 2025 my car decided to throw the code that said service high voltage system. I was on my way to drive my son to school. I have been driving for about two minutes and then the code showed up I called my dealership at 10 AM that morning and told them what was going on. They told me to come down there and they will take a look at the car. I bought this car on February 14, 2025. It has 370 miles on it at the time when I got to the dealership the first person turned me back and said that they couldn’t do anything because on the way to the dealership, the code went away. I left the dealership went to charge my car. It charged for 3% at the public charger and then it shut off. I went back to the dealership and this time they kept my car because the code was on when I arrived and the other guy apparently made a mistake and sent me home when he wasn’t supposed to. I got a loaner. I finally got my car back on March 8, 2025. I drove it a little bit yesterday and then I drove it a little bit more today which is march 9, 2025 my day was winding down so I figured I would go to target and get what I needed and charge my car while I was there. I went to the public charger. The car charge for about three or 4% and then it shut off I got the alert on my phone so now I must go back to the dealership when they open because today is Sunday and take my car back there. The code is now back on the car. apparently, while at the dealership, they couldn’t see anything while they had the car the code wasn’t showing up and then the dealership said that they had the Honda engineers look at the car and talk to him about it, and they couldn’t find anything wrong and they told me to bring it back in if it happens so I guess that’s what I’ll do currently the car has about 430 miles on it. I got it back and it had 390 something miles on it.

Defect Description:
STEERING
Potential Consequences:
I am writing to express my serious concern regarding an ongoing issue with my vehicle, which began pulling to the left at around 3,500 miles. I promptly brought my vehicle to Bay Ridge Honda's service department for inspection, where I was advised to return when the regional service technician was available for a more thorough diagnosis. I returned to the service department at 6,600 miles, and after lifting the vehicle and conducting an inspection, the technician performed a road test. He identified a problem with the front axle, stating that it would need to be replaced. However, the technician also indicated that replacing the axle would not resolve the issue, as the same problem would likely recur within 700 miles. He further explained that the only way to permanently address this issue would be for Honda to issue a recall for the faulty component. Given that this problem concerns a critical safety feature of the vehicle, I am extremely concerned about driving a vehicle that may be unsafe. This is particularly troubling, as I purchased the vehicle brand new and have taken no action to cause this issue. The prospect of continuing to drive a vehicle with a component integral to both the safety and daily operation of the car is unacceptable. I would greatly appreciate your urgent attention to this matter and would like to explore any potential solutions that may be available in the interim. My primary concern is ensuring the safety of both myself and others on the road.
