ONCE WAS WHEN WE TURNED ON THE DEFROSTER; SECOND TIME WAS WINDOW WAS COLD AND TEMPERATURE OUTSIDE WAS WARMER. FIRST TIME HAPPENED WAS 12/2017. SECOND TIME WAS 5/2019.
