I WAS PARKED AT A LOCAL LAKE WHEN I STARTED MY 2020 CHEY TRUCK AND NOTICED SEVERAL WARNINGS ON MY INSTRUMENT CLUSTER. BRAKE SYSTEM FAILURE, CHECK ENGINE LIGHT, SERVICE ESC & SERVICE TRAILER BRAKE. I BACKED UP SLOWLY AND NOTICE MY BRAKE PEDAL WAS HARD AND IT TOOK A LOT OF EFFORT TO GET IT TO STOP. THERE WAS A WARNING THAT SAID DRIVE NO FASTER THAN 43 MPH. THE TRUCK WOULD NOT EXCEED 43 MPH. I DROVE IT HOME ABOUT 3 MILES. WHEN I GOT HOME I TURNED OFF & RESTARTED THE TRUCK ALL ERROR CODES WERE GONE, BUT THE ENGINE LIGHT WAS STILL ON. THE BRAKES SEEM TO BE WORKING FINE, BUT I AM STILL TAKING IT TO THE DEALER MONDAY TO BE SAFE. I WAS STOPPED N THE DRIVE THRU AT IN-N-OUT WITH MY FOOT ON THE BRAKE AND THE ECO SYSTEM HAD TURNED OFF THE MOTOR. IT SPONTANEOUSLY TURNED BACK ON WITHOUT ME LIFTING MY FOOT OFF OF THE BRAKE AND THE TRANSMISSION ENGAGED AND THE TRUCK LAUNCHED FORWARD APPROXIMATELY 12-18 INCHES. SAID BEFORE I PURCHASED IT MAY HAVE SAT ON THE 6 MONTH. I HAD IT FOR WEEKS! ON 5/II/20, I TURNED THE ENGINE OFF GOT OUT AND LOCKED THE TRUCK.
